Brooklyn Bread which started in 2008 is the brainchild of two partners, Lenny and Dimitri, who met in the dorms of Binghamton University. They were working in corporate America but always shared a passion for entrepreneurship.

What began as a side business quickly grew into a thriving venture, evolving into three successful businesses and a recognized brand. Every signature sandwich on the menu is custom-made, with every recipe carefully crafted by the founders themselves.

Today, fueled by their dedication and vision, they are preparing to expand, open additional locations, and explore franchising opportunities to bring Brooklyn Bread flavor to even more communities. Come in for a bite and taste the difference!
